I’ve been on my green ish today so I need to make this a permanent feature because I’ve been an environmentalist from way back yo…continuing on, I LOVE TECHNOLOGY!! I’m watching CNN International right now! They just profiled this organization called The seawater Foundation. It’s an organization dedicated to combating the rise of sea water wordwide as a result of Global warming. To say the least it was eye opening. Peep the video and the website. I post about everything because hip hop is the world so here’s song by another one of my favorite artists… Talib Kweli ft. Phil Da Agony Think Green
I feel this is what this country needs, like ‘President Mos Def’ said, and I paraphrase ‘we’re going to start building stuff again…’ New jobs and he should throw in more education for everybody and make it Free, along with health care!
Soooooo, on my daily commute I came across this study in the book store. I was just passing time until my train came. I didn’t have anything special I was looking for, as usual I wandered over to the African-American interest section. I looked down with all the book lining the bottom self and there was this book that looked like a text book called ‘Generation we’ I started flipping through it, I thought ‘hmmmm interesting…’ I ended up buying Nelson Mandela’s autobiography(I already started reading it!!) but on the back of the study was a website. I memorized the site and peeped it when I got home.
I’ve heard the word ‘millenial’ which seems to be the official title given to my generation. I guess the generational examination has begun. Apparently we are the largest generation in American history with there being 95 million of us born between 1978-2000(the eighties excess and Clinton years must have good LOL)
Peep the website and the video, post some comments because I really want to know what you think about this. I agree with much of what this study says and found the information very enlightening.
